This wiki is the official internal knowledge base for SustainaSeed and VerityBase. It is designed to keep product strategy, research, decisions, vendor intelligence, technical architecture, and operating notes in one reviewed and organized place.

What This Wiki Is Not​

This wiki is not a raw notes dump.

Drafts, working notes, and unfinished thoughts should begin in Google Drive under the SustainaSeed Wiki Submissions folder. Only reviewed and approved content should be published here.

Contribution Model​

Non-technical contributors submit Google Docs through the shared Google Drive workflow.

Core maintainers convert approved submissions into Docusaurus Markdown pages and publish them through GitHub.

Official Workflow​

  1. Team member creates a Google Doc from a template.
  2. The document is placed in 01 New Submissions.
  3. Josh or Rakesh reviews the document.
  4. Approved content is converted into Markdown.
  5. The page is committed to GitHub.
  6. GitHub Actions deploys the wiki to Firebase Hosting.
